These are great - thanks for sharing!

One thing that revolutionized the way I look at mornings (and feel about them) is changing the way you perceive them. I went from seeing them as crappy, cold, dark things that interrupt my sleep to an opportunity for a fresh-start.

So the short tip is: view every morning as utterly and truly the start of a day - where you can forget and leave behind all of the bad feelings and emotions of the last day/week, and start over. So now every morning is a jubilee and a chance to start over - and it’s great :)
